In the hope that it's not full of graphics, you can do a "Save As" and save it as an RTF file. You then need to bring the RTF file into Word, and do yet another Save As, this time as a Word file. You should then be able to import the Word file into DBT. However, do have someone sighted check for possible missing content (i.e. Graphics) George. ________________________________ From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of VCotton@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: 18 September 2006 15:27 To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] Help with a ppt. Hi group. I apparently ws knocked off of the list somehow and hope now to be back on. Well, I am transcribing the handouts for a conference here in Ga. next week. I have received a ppt. presentation and I am not sure if Dux can do what I want it to do. I haven't worked with extracting text from ppt.s. If anyone has some tips and tricks or just good ole instruction on whether or not this is doable and what to do if it is that would be greatly and gratefully appreciated. Vence
