I tried several times to emboss a long document which I downloaded from the National Braille Press web site, but it never embossed completely. Paul Hunt gave me all the settings for the Versapoint Duo, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have the printer setting on of a cabinet with drawers, and I open the drawer where the paper is, so that it'll go through the embosser properly as it's printing. But I have very little room in the back of the printer for the document to fall down as it's printing. I wonder if that's what is causing the problem? Do I have to actually stay in that document as I'm embossing, or could I close it out and go to something else while I'm printing? Can somebody please help?
