Hi Kylee,

To go no-mail, which is essentially vacation mode, send a
blank message to mailto:duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx but in
the subject line, simple put the word vacation

When you come back, send a message to the same address, but
in the subject put the two words, unset vacation
