[duxuser] Need assistance with quotes

When I typed this text into a .dxp file, then translated, the quotation
marks disappeared. What is going on with that? Also, even though I
have unchecked replace quotes with smart quotes in MS Word's tools under
format options, I'm still sometimes getting the *99 which translates as
chinin in a grade two doc. Version 10.4 had solved that problem but now
it's back in 10.5.
