Nadine,

"Page depth" means the number of lines per page. By default, DBT is set to 25 lines per page. Perhaps some of the formatting problems result from extra blank lines, or maybe the file was formatted for more than 25 lines per page.

When you imported the file for the first time, did you save it in DBT? If so, you may have introduced some formatting problems because the importer was trying to renumber the pages. That's just a guess. You may have tocount the lines per page just to see what's gone wrong. If you send me the file as an attachment, I'll be happy to look at it.
