Hi Steve, I did save the file as .dxb after I thought I'd fixed the problem. When I realised that I was having more problems, I went back to the original Duxbury for DOS file. I checked the box that said to read the file without interpretation, as you'd suggested before, and then when I tried to open the DOS file I got that page depth message. The file opens, but then I have a centred heading about three lines from the top of each page which Dusbury seems to think is the running header. I have tried changing the number of lines per page, which doesn't seem to make much difference. Plus I have to try and keep it as consistent as I can with the original paper copy.
