Hi Christine, I can't be of much help with your problem only that I recall sometime ago in an earlier version when I was having similar problems that I was advised to delete some temporary files from, I think, my Windows\temp folder which solved the problem. Sorry to be so vague but I think your problem/solution may lie somewhere in this domain. I'd wait to hear if someone else can shed more specific light on things though.
