Further to your question about DBT's Temporary Files, I've just had the 
following back from the software department.  I suspect you may have some zero 
length temporary files kicking about, which hopefully, you will be able to 
manually delete.

The only two causes of this problem are:
  1. DBT has previously crashed, and
  2. Windows was shut down while DBT was still running.  
(DBT should be prepared to deal with this, but isn't.) 

Nothing in the update changed this situation for better or for
worse.

Now the trouble is that selecting "delete" simply doesn't
work on some systems.  DBT isn't able to remove files with a
size of 0, which it created itself on a previous run.  The
solution is to select "more information", and remove the files
that are described by using Windows Explorer.  That should
keep the message at bay until DBT crashes or Windows is shut
down while DBT is running.
