This is the problem with capitalism!  

There are  many other areas of endeavor when we deliberately refuse to
genuinely consider the less economically affluent nations.

I wonder if Duxbury has considered producing specialized versions for 
private use in foreign countries where salaries are considerably lower 
than in the US?

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average US salary in 
the 1st quarter of 2005 was almost $40,000 per year.  This contrasts 
with an average Russian salary of $3600 per year.
