[duxuser] Perky Duck query

I have had something strange happen with Perky Duck. A trainee is using
it to direct enter braille. She installed it on her previous computer
and it worked fine. She could also print simbraille and save her dxb as
brf. Now she has installed it on a new computer, from the same setup
file, and she's lost those options. In "printer setup" the printer
button is just missing so she can't select her printer. And in "save as"
the drop down menu no longer offers brf. Has anyone else experienced
this? She's using Windows 2007.
