You will have to go into Perky and use the 6 key entry to test. All of our newer Dell keyboards will not accept multiple key strikes because of the built in error checking. I did find that some older Dells that will work, any SK-1000xx model keyboard will work, otherwise we just purchase the cheapest keyboards we can find to replace for Duxbury/Perky users. So I'm hoping some kind soul will send me the answer. I have some volunteers who will be using PerkyDucks. Can you tell me again how I know when a keyboard will do direct entry? Can I go into Word and try out the keyboard or do I have to be in Duxbury? Thanks bunches, Deb B. * * * * This message is via list duxuser at freelists.org. * To unsubscribe, send a blank message with * unsubscribe * as the subject to <duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
