There is a code in DBT WIN 10.5 to specifically support the Canadian French
braille variant.
The "FRENCH/QUEBEC" translation table is expressly for this form of braille.
In DBT WIN 10.5 you can select it under the DOCUMENT menu
then go to TRANSLATINO TABLES.
As documented in the HELP system of DBT WIN 10.5:
FRENCH/QUÉBEC - FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
The French/Québec tables support print-to-braille translation of
French-language literary text, following the French Braille Code as defined
by the Ministry of Education in Québec, Canada, which at this writing (April
2004) differs slightly from the French code as defined by the Association
Valentin Haüy (AVH), Paris. The American Computer Braille Code (CBC) is also
supported.

Braille materials produced for French-speaking people in Canada is generally
in contracted braille. The code is similar to the codes used in the other
French-speaking countries but they are not identical. An international
project has been underway for well over five years to unify the French
literary codes.
English-speaking students learning French would generally have their
material produced in uncontracted braille using the BANA guidelines i.e.
using the single cell accented letters, English punctuation and composition
signs.
