[duxuser] Setting up a table of contents from a word document

Hi all
I have a MS Word document with hyperlinks and a correct table of contents.
When I import it into Duxbury, it prints the whole document in computer
braille with the braille well formatted and the print page numbers in the
table of contents.
Why is the whole thing printed in computer braille now and is it possible to
use the word table contents to generate braille page numbers?
