Dear George,

You said a chocolate teaspoon wasn't useful to us? Give me one and I'll have it eaten in a matter of seconds.

As far as Tables of Contents go, I usually end up creating them manually because the document doesn't have centered headings in it.

Hi Andre,

Correct. Word TOCs, especially hyperlinked ones, are often
about as much use to us as a chocolate teaspoon.

However, they do have one major benefit to us all. Because
the Word user knows how to create a hyperlinked TOC, you
will usually find that at the very least, correct Heading
Styles have been used throughout the document.

However, ALWAYS keep an original copy of the Word TOC for
checking purposes.

George.

Hi George

We actually managed to get it fixed by deleting the
original
table of contents in the dxp file and simply creating the
table of contents in the laout menu. It did that fine.
If I
understand it correctly, it is not possible to convert a
word
table of centents directly into a braille one?

Andre

Hi Andre,

I'd really need to see the file in order to advise.

Can you send it to me at george@xxxxxxxxxx

George.
