Janet,Try changing the binding margin from 0 to 2. That will move the braille two spaces to the right.

Hi Paul I'm interested to know if George's suggestion helped. We also have a Juliet Pro which was donated to us, and I have been unable to get a decent right margin with a 40 character braille line. For some odd reason the Juliet Pro has two fewer cells available than the standard Juliet, so if you increase the left margin by 2 you end up with only 38 cells. Can you go to DBT's Global Menu and Select Embosser Setup? Highlight the embosser, and select Modify. There are three tabs in the next dialog - General, Device Settings and Advanced. Navigate to the "Device Settings" tab, and see if the "Allow Escape Codes" box is checked? Ideally it should be. Then DBT will tell the embosser what to do when you change the left margin. Now most important! Having changed the margin in Global Embosser Setup, start a new document, which will ensure you start with the new settings. Type and couple of lines, translate, and emboss, and see if it has moved the left margin. George. -----Original Message----- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Paul Ajuwon Sent: 18 December 2010 12:51 To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Cc: ajuwon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] Too large a margin always on the right side of braille page Good morning, folks: My Julie Pro 60 embosser cannot be configured to give more space to the left to allow for better binding. Rather, regardless of margin set, the empty space to the right side of paper is always more than the left side, and the paper holder is to the extreme left. I have intimated both Duxbury and Juliet Pro folks with this ongoing problem. Neither could help! Any idea? Thanks.
