Hi Ann,
I ALSO HAVE DBT 10.5 and Juliet Classic, and I used to have a switch
between the embosser and printer. Whenever I forgot to switch to THE embosser
before I turned it on, I would get this trash at the top of my document. I
wasted a lot of paper. Now I have the embosser plugged DIRECTLY TO THE
COMPUTER,
and no more problems.
