If the duxbury help files were available in palin text to be embossed as needed, we could conduct our own training. We are after all, transcribing things into braille. It strikes me that the primary difference between duxbury with WordPerfect and Duxbury withMSWord is that in one case we were learning how to use it and make it work for us to create better braille. In the other case we are learning how to defeat it so that it won't prevent us from making good braille.
