You have all the right in the world to express your opinion. I have a Versapoint Duo with speech, and it works like a jewel. I just bought it in July, so it should work well. I like the idea of going from one-sided to two-sided. i have it on two-sided right now, because I'm still learning it. I was able to Braille out the settings, and they're just the way that Paul said they should be.
