Title: capitals and underline
Here's a strange thing. When I applied compinline to an email address and translated it to braille, the dots 4,5,6 and dots 3,4,6 appeared as they should have before the text. However, immediately after those two symbols was another dots 4,5,6 symbol, which must have indicated that the first letter of the person's name was capitalized. Is that proper computer braille code to indicate the upper case state of a letter?
