Hi all,

Just to explain Ann's 4,5,6 problem, it was as I suspected, underlined text
that was causing the problem. Somehow the name preceding the e-mail address
was underlined, whilst the e-mail address was actually a Hyperlink. DBT
will ignore underlining in a Hyperlink.

In fact to make like even more interesting the e-mail address looked as
follows:-

<GeorgeBell@xxxxxxxxxx<GeorgeBell@xxxxxxxxxx>>

Where the first occurrence of the e-mail address was underlined text, and
that after the second < sign was a Hyperlink - underlined. And as many of
you will note, someone didn't set up their mail program properly in the
first place.

George.

Here's a strange thing. When I applied compinline to an email
address and translated it to braille, the dots 4,5,6 and dots 3,4,6
appeared as they should have before the text. However, immediately
after those two symbols was another dots 4,5,6 symbol, which must have
indicated that the first letter of the person's name was capitalized.
Is that proper computer braille code to indicate the upper case state of
a letter?
