[duxuser] embossing graphic

Hi all,
I tried to emboss Braille graphic using Romeo25 embosser. However,I am
getting an error message saying "the printer fail to print"
The file is saved in the TGD program with Sif extension.
Now my question is: what are the stapes to emboss the graphic after I have
opened the file? is there any thing I should to change setting in the RB25?
