As I recall, I haven't used 10.4 inn a long time, after you import the
graphic try the following:
In Dux 10.4
Place your cursor back at the top left of the graphic.
Across the toolbar go back to layout, down to picture, right to add. Then
select a high resolution mode 2.0 or 1.6
The diagram should emboss then.
These problems have been rectified in 10.5
