Are you embossing through TGD or through Duxbury?
If Duxbury what version? It must be 10.4 or higher, and sometimes 10.4 is a
problem.
In TGD did you run Setup" and properly set it for a Romeo 25? Did you set
it for high or normal resolution?
If the software is properly set there should be no need to set anything in
the Romeo the software will take care of it.
