I can think of a number of different reasons why this may have happened.
If you want to send me your file off list, I'll be happy to look at it.
I'd be interested in seeing the original Word file if you still have it,
but at least send the current Word file, and your dxp or dxb file. At
that time, let me know what version of Word you are using, and confirm
you are using 10.5.

I realize this is off topic, but I will ask it anyway. I tried to import
directly a 30 page document with hyperlinks and could only load about
one half of the document. LWhen I converted it to normal style it
downloaded or was imported in duxbury with no difficulty. Any help is
