[duxuser] problems embossing with bt100

Hi Everyone,
I am having difficulties with my bt100 Braille Embosser. Everything seems to go
fine, until I give the command to emboss.
What I get back is after pressing (control e) is:
embosser failed
error at line 1146 in
dxemb_job.c:
access is denied,
and it lists the number
[5/0x00000005]
I hope I have given this information correctly.
I know that the bt100 is loaded properly because when I turn it on, it spits
out a page and brings in another to make sure that everything will be properly
running.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
