While I don't understand why we had no problem and then we did, with the
original settings, when I changed the maximum number of characters per line
to 40 within Duxbury, everything worked perfectly. I tried changing the
setting on the embosser, but it wouldn't accept a right margin of 45.
This list is definitely one of the pluses of working with Duxbury.
