[duxuser] templates aand preliminary pages

Hey all,
I was wondering what templates you used to creat preliminary pages, or how to
create my own. I am starting to get into things that require them (mainly
menues and things with contents pages) and I'm not sure how to separate them
from the actual *content* of the text itself.
Any assistance given would be appreciated. Thank you.
