Is this a desktop icon I wonder, perhaps the same thing.
Anyway go to the Jaws website, copy that link, go to desktop, hit
control and spacebar to de-select, hit apps key and go down to new and
enter, then use your tab and when requested enter what the icon is to be
called, then tab to where you enter the link, and then tab to close or
done.
A.T least that is how I do such in Win 10 anyway.
