Paul,
I would delete the message and do nothing. Even replying and asking what
they mean could simply confirm a scam checking to see if your email link is
valid and active.
As Jackie says, a direct call, away from this message, to Vodafone tech
support might get an explanation. It looks to me like a "Fishing" message on
the face of it!
