#16926: Haikudepot comments view doesn't scroll to the bottom

This is hrev55029, 64bit.
* Open HaikuDepot, go to the "All packages" tab and search for "wonder"
(you'll need a packages with many comments).
* Select "WonderBrush" and go to its "Ratings" tab.
* Scroll down the comments and most often than not, you cannot scroll to
its end. Sometime you can, though. In that case, try making the window a
bit wider.
* Make sure the scroll knob is at the bottom position.
* Now select another package (e.g. "WhereIsMyMouse") and then straight
back to WonderBrush.
* Go to WonderBrush's Ratings tab again: The scroll knob no is not at the
bottom position any more, but at the correct position a bit farther up.
* Make the window a bit wider again, and the scroll knob pops back to the
bottom.
Not sure if it's a regression, can someone confirm with Beta2?
