Attached is a proposal for replacing just Groups/Sets. It defines 3
keywords for clarity regarding distinct boundary choices to support the
requested features of several participants. The keyword names and some
language is not critical.
Also attached is a presentation for the ATM or Interconnect Meeting. Some
of the slides ask questions about capabilities.
