All,

In reviewing the minutes of the 11/25/08 meeting I would like to take issue
with one set of comments:

- Mike L: Plug and play is important
  - Michael M: Only in post-layout analysis
  - Arpad: More and more 1-buffer IBIS models are appearing (serdes)

This is true because the ASIC vendors are supplying SerDes models to their
customers to help their customers design their systems and select and
configure their Tx/Rx buffers. As soon as their customers start designing
full ASIC's, they will then build IBIS models for all of their complete
Components.
