Either way is fine with me. My thinking was that people who were involved with
the
original BIRD may not automatically agree with this new change proposal, so I
thought
I would only put the name of people on the list who asked... But I really
don't mind
either way.

My only comment for now is that since this will be a new BIRD, yet it copies
BIRD158.7 almost entirely, the original list of authors for the content should
be retained, unless they are consulted and wish to not be credited.

As discussed in the ATM teleconference today, I am distributing the updated
BIRD158.7 replacement BIRD-draft4 in the ATM and Interconnect email reflectors.
I hope I captured everything we talked about in the meeting in this draft.
Feel free to send me your comments/questions. I am planning to review this
in the next ATM meeting one more time and then submit it to the Open Forum
hopefully shortly after that.
