Glad to know they're resuming this.
KUB had it back in the 80s, but discontinued in the 90s.

They didn't even notify us they were dropping it.

Maybe our population has grown to where they feel the need to give us this
option again

Would make charging your car even cheaper if you get electricity from
KUB.  They’ll even send a report to tell you if based on your prior usage
your bill would be higher or lower (but if higher, keep in mind that part
of this is changing behaviors, so if you can change behaviors you may see a
significant decrease even if they don’t say you will).

TOU winter peak 5-10AM, summer peak 2-8PM.
