This is the average I calculated of the monthly rates we were provided by
KUB, based on Nov 2019 to Oct 2020. They did the comparison and sent us
the email within a few hours too.

They didn't even notify us they were dropping it.

KUB. They’ll even send a report to tell you if based on your prior usage
your bill would be higher or lower (but if higher, keep in mind that part
of this is changing behaviors, so if you can change behaviors you may see a
significant decrease even if they don’t say you will).
