A few weeks ago we discussed the Apple Homepod and the problems some users were
having with the sound.
I have just reset my Apple Homepod devices - for about the fifth time I think -
as I was having some connection issues.
I discovered that a firmware update is available which has now been installed.
I’ve been playing music on my Homepod Stereo Pair for the last 30 minutes and I
can report that the sound - even though generally good up till now - has
improved out of sight since the Pair were updated? Or perhaps it’s just the
reinstall, either way I encourage you to check to see that your Homepod has the
latest firmware, you can do this through the Home App, select Rooms, select the
room your Homepod is in and then select the device, swiping up to select “Open
Controls”.
