I think that's how I have it as well. I honestly cannot remember right now.

I always tell the voiceover cursor to just follow the mouse cursor. That way, the trackpad won’t get in my way.

you can turn it off. I have mine turned off because I found it most irritating and like you say getting in my way. I can't recall how I turned it off I think it was something I did physically but I'm sure someone else will tell you how to do this.

No, you cannot, at least not to my knowledge. I just get used to it. You can though enable something where if you hit, I think its command or option it will disable use of the mouse pad sort of, but I have not found that too reliable. I’ve been using a mac for about 11 years now and am so used to the mouse pad it’s no big anymore.

Am I able to disable the mouse pad on this machine. It seems to be getting in my way in trying to learn the MacBook Air?
Thank you.

Hello all,
I have had a strange issue with my Wifi connection the past few days. I don’t remember this ever happening before. My network is showing a full connection, 3 out of 3 bars, and the computer is showing that it is connected to the proper network. But when I try to load Safari, or connect to Express VPN, the VPN gets as far as 35% and stops. Then, if I try to do a restart, it doesn’t fix the issue. Safari will say web content instead of loading my home page. So the only way to fix it is if I shut the computer completely down, and start up again. This happens especially if I leave the computer idle for quite some time. Any thoughts or ideas on what could be causing the issue?
Thanks,
