I totally agree with you though David, They were quite helpful as I had them until I had an hd crash. I didn't even get the chance to first back them up. Garage Band: I'm obviously doing something wrong! I'd suggest having a look at ricardo walker's well done podcasts on garageband. I don't hav a link, but I'm sure they won't be ard to find. My thing now is I figured out how to split and get two different regions, but it's almost looking like it's not splitting where the play head is, as when I try in the timeline voing to the region, it's usually dimmed in the edit menu when I try to go to delete. The only way I can get it to not be dimmed, is to route my mouse with vo+command+F5, then while holding the shift key down, literally click my track pad to select the region. Even doing that though, I find the region from before still seems to be there after then going to delete. This really is perplexing me. I know other programs like Amadeus can edit a bit easier, but is there no way here? I know it can be done as I've heard Recardo Walker edit things like this before. I'd e-mail him, but I don't remember his address. Garage Band: I'm obviously doing something wrong! You need to save every time first and as for joining I cannot get that to work at all witht he keystroke. and as for faiding you need to set a marker or an automation curve which you cannot do with out sighted help. Take care. On Mar 2, 2012, at 3:36 AM, Christohper-Mark Gilland wrote: > OK, I do have a theory about this, but I wanna see what you all have to say. > So, here's the delimma.
