[mac4theblind] How to go to the extras menu when reinstalling the OS 10, need to connect to Wi-Fi.

Hi
I'm having an issue and need to reinstall OS 10. My problem is, that I can't 
get to the menu bar to access the Wi-Fi options. When I tried to do this using 
voice over, voiceover crashes. What do I do? I don't have a bootable drive and 
I don't really want to make one. Can anybody assist me?
