I have found no matter where it is, when it comes to accessibility products, 
generally, I have found some who do not know and others who know.  Then with 
the group that does not know, its a matter of presentation.  We each get an 
opportunity to educate and inform.  I have found most of the people I have 
encountered are very open to learn and become better informed.
