    This is certainly true.  I think this comes down to the fact that the sales 
person was not aware of accessibility as far as it goes to these formats.  Yes, 
the sighted user can get access to those formats using third party apps, but 
for the blind user and VoiceOver, this was misleading by ignorance, I think.
