Nothing wrong with a 6 or 7 or even 8 or 9 year old Mac <smile> though I have
to say that my 2012 Mac Mini machines handle the job somewhat quicker than 3
seconds.

Yeah, in my case it takes about 3 seconds from opening voiceover utility to the
thing showing up. My mac is 6 now 7 years old though, and still have way
kicking.

spoken before the General VoiceOver screen is announced, damn fast.
