Mary what’s the issue, is it the headings? Where in the message so I can try

Thanks

Here is the message I said I would forward which illustrates the HTML mark up
problem I am seeing in a number of mail messages. I would be very curious if
there are any here who do not see all the table mark up as you read through
this message. If you don't see it, I really want to know what setting I have
that is different from yours.

Hello, friends!
I have so much exciting stuff to share today. There is a lot going on!
First and potentially most important to you: The new edition of Five Paleo
Dinners To Cook Next
Week<http://meljoulwan.us4.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=d565f0a11f8a285660895c477&id=e467ef5d41&e=e279992935>
is up! It seems like everyone I talk to is running hard lately, so let's make
the food situation easier with a fresh salad, eat-'em-all-week spinach muffins,
and comforting chili, plus some other goodies.
Now, a story. Before I was a cookbook author and Rollergirl and lifter of heavy
things, I was a chubby, insecure, unhealthy, people-pleasing girl (who
desperately wished to be an author with an attitude).
Before I ever trained for triathlon or walked into a CrossFit gym, I worked out
at home, with the curtains drawn, guided by VHS tapes from fitness instructors
like Gin Miller and Kathy Smith. But my favorite—because she was so
down-to-earth and encouraging—was Kathy Kaehler.

I don't even know how many times I did the Kathy Kaehler Fitness System
workouts, but the fitness and confidence I gained in my living room eventually
lead to me to active adventures outside—and derby, CrossFit, barbells, yoga...
basically everything I love. Even though she doesn't know me at all, I will be
forever grateful to Kathy for helping me become me.
When I was invited to be part of an online summit called the Home in Harmony
Master Class, I almost said no—I knew this month was going to be crazytown with
our own book release on the horizon. Then I read the roster of other
participants, and Kathy Kaehler was on the list!
How could I resist being involved in an activity that involves my hero? I mean,
look at this—I could never have imagined such a thing in 1991.

All fan-girling aside, the Home in Harmony Master Class covers the kinds of
things that are essential for being the best versions of ourselves:
* how to create a vibrant, healthy body
* how to create a calm and clear mind
* how to find your passion and purpose
* how to create a beautiful, healthy home
* how to create the life and/or business that will fulfill your dreams

OK! There are two articles that I really need you to read because they are
awesome.
1. How I Moved On From My 'What Not To Wear
Style'<http://meljoulwan.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d565f0a11f8a285660895c477&id=a0da2941d9&e=e279992935>
by Stacy London
This article starts out like it's going to be about fashion style, and then it
becomes about the very essence of being a woman of a certain age.
"I want to embrace my age for the importance that it holds. I don’t need
anti-aging products to feel young or to know we are all going to live longer.
And with time, we can form a new sense of our identities as useful and
productive. I will have more to say and experience and share and love and do.
Age is a gift, not simply because we aren’t dead. It’s the gift of time that
allows us to change our prejudices and perceptions."
2. I'm So Done Hating My
Body<http://meljoulwan.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d565f0a11f8a285660895c477&id=9c9dbf0c0f&e=e279992935>
by Jenn Hurlburt
I kinda think we should all read this piece every morning to guarantee an
awesome day.
"The garbage we are fed by the culture and the patriarchy about what about
bodies should be, and the bogus value assigned to it, are never going to stop,
unless we force it. So, for anyone who has ever thought, 'Things will be better
once I lose weight, I will be better when I lose weight'...I’m with you. I AM
you. And I promise you, you are enough."
Whew! That is a lot of feels. So now, here are two things I hope will put a
smile on your face.
1. Some (probably) drunk dude ran onto the field during the 49ers v. Rams game
on Monday night, and Kevin Harlan, the play-by-play announcer, called the run
like it was a play in the game. Brilliant. Watch it

2. I'm going to send you another newsletter on Monday because THE PRE-SALE FOR
WELL FED WEEKNIGHT STARTS ON MONDAY! Sorry for shouting, but I'm ridiculously
excited. We've lined up awesome free gifts for you when you pre-order from my
web site, and I love this new book a lot. I think you're really going to like
it, too. It's on the printing presses in Brainerd, Minnesota right now. Here
are some snaps from our press check last
week.[https://gallery.mailchimp.com/d565f0a11f8a285660895c477/images/9cd6e997-ead7-402a-b870-ab61cbf1e3d3.jpg]
I hope you're feeling good today. Read those articles! You will love them. And

you'll love that, too.
Talk to you on Monday! Thanks for being awesome,
Mel
