Hi.
I’ve been using VM Ware fusion on my iMac this morning and started wondering
about the future of same.
I’ve been using Fusion for as long as I’ve had an Intel Mac and that goes back
a fair way, 13 years in fact when I got my Intel iMac 2006 Intel version.
So the obvious question is what will become of VMware Fusion when Apple move
over to their ARM chips?
Will it be possible does I wonder to make a Windows emulator for ARM devices?
Its really convenient to have 2 operating systems running side-by-side on the
one machine.
I’ve never fancied the use of a dual-boot system - boot in Windows or boot in
Mac - though I take the point regarding advantages and disadvantages in each
method of running Windows on a Mac.
