I’ve not seen drop outs with the high quality voices.  I’m using the harry 
potter voice at 80 percent this is an Acapela voice with not drop outs.

I could see speeds like that using the old style voice synthesizers but not the 
newer sample based phonetic systems.  Which voice do you use to do this?
