[mac4theblind] Voiceover default speaking rate between Mac and iphone

Have been experimenting and am wondering by the default settings between iPhone
and mac with voiceover if they are the same.
So as an example if mac is set to 45% and iPhone was 30% would that be
considered the same speaking rate of the two devices.
I would like to try and set them kind of like at the same pace as each
other.************
