Yeah, it's a practice thing. with the nuance voices, if you get too fast, the voice starts getting choppy and fragments, and that's why I brought up Eloquence. The bit rate on those voices is so small, you can go at crazy speeds while maintaining annunciation and quality.

At any rate, every once and a while, you raise the speed by very small increments. slowly but surely, over the course of a few months, you can bring yourself to some very fast speeds.

good luck,
Sam

how in the world do ladies and gentlemen get use to hearing at 100% I can barely get pass the 60% mark for mac and 50% for iPhone. Using the compact Daniel voice. Otherwise, I'm reduce to slower speeds but there times when I really want to bring it up a notch or two. I can't though because then I miss something. A word hear a few there.
Am I the only one like this? If you know what I mean.

The Mac can go much faster. I have my iZPhone at 100% and my mac at around 80 and my Mac goes a tad quicker. I need to try the more eloquency sounding voides

Have been experimenting and am wondering by the default settings between iPhone and mac with voiceover if they are the same. So as an example if mac is set to 45% and iPhone was 30% would that be considered the same speaking rate of the two devices. I would like to try and set them kind of like at the same pace as each other.************
