What kind of mail message is this you are trying to pull the text from? When
you save the message using Save As, are you choosing RTF as your format?

I would guess these are HTML formatted mails or something like that? If
you want the whole message, you can save it as an RTF file in Mail to a
folder on your hard drive via the, Save As, dialog.

When I copy text from an email to text edit, there are times when what I
have pasted does not voice unless I move from the bottom of the document
and up arrow through the lines. If I start at the top and arrow down,
nothing is voiced and it appears that the area is blank. I hear a double
