I actually don't know as I don't print my emails. Actually I don't have a
working printer right now so can't really answer that.

Thanks! Command -option-shift -v did the trick. I did not need to be in text
mode. That would make it plain text rather than RTF.
I’m grateful for the tip!
Perhaps you have some wisdom for this: When I do Command-P to print an email
I am viewing, it always comes out blank. I can paste it to text edit and
print it from there without an issue. Does the email text have to be selected
before print will work?
Many thanks,
Leslie

Try pasting with command option shift v instead of command v. Also make sure
you are in text mode with command shift t.
hope that helps a bit.

Hi All,
When I copy text from an email to text edit, there are times when what I
have pasted does not voice unless I move from the bottom of the document
and up arrow through the lines. If I start at the top and arrow down,
nothing is voiced and it appears that the area is blank. I hear a double
note tone of some sort as the text is passed when moving forward over but no
reading unless I move backward through it . Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Leslie
