Thanks for the feedback, I never ment to atact apple or the mac
directly, and yes, mac is stil the better way for most things. I just
ment to say that I find it strange if you buy the thing with the
system bran new, that those behavior happens. And the problem with
what you describing regarding the network connection, well, that is
always different for everyone. I had know problems what so ever to
connect in windows to any wifi ever. So not sure why windows is to
blame, if so, then mac can be to blame for other things as well. At
the end of the day, we just want to make the best of the experience,
and its within that light, that I was bringing these things up. I hope
it won't be necessary to repair or reinstall, but if so, I guess it
have to be done. Yes, we have apple support here, but not really
people that knows about accessibility or voiceover. I'm not in the US
where most things are just available from the start. This mac is
hartly ever used, so that is why its such a concern, but anyway, I
guess what I must gather from all this is that its not really useful
to rite on mailing lists often, rather have a tech support person
stuck to you or some sort of remoat utility for long distance
investigation. I wish Edward never left this list.
